If I could give this company more than 5 stars I would! This was by far the most positive experience I have ever had when it comes time to car troubles and the stress they bring. Doug was amazing and honest and explained everything thoroughly and made the entire experience stress free. I highly recommend Doctor Honda! 100 stars rating!

went in knowing I needed alot of repairs. Randall told me that he would have one of his techicians drive the car for the noises that I was hearing, and then check out the car before before any repairs. when they checked out car Randall took me out to car and showed me what was wrong. Gave me est. on what I needed, gave me some recomendations for next time. I couldn't believe the total was almost 400 less than I expected. Honest,fair, trustworthy, a customer for life. Thanks Randall and Brady.

I took my older vehicle here for a tune up. The front counter person made me uncomfortable from the start by being so promising of how well they will perform the job, as he stated the price. Normally, mechanics would like to take a look first. I was aware of a humming noise coming from the air filter section of the engine, but thought it would be corrected during the tune up. Once I was given a job status call with recommended services, the noise was not mentioned. But at pick up time, the counter person brings up the noise and a quick fix deal if I bring it back. (Half Labor Charge). I took it back. At pick up, he charged $125.00 for 1 hour labor which would be $250.00 an hour. I just paid! Over the next 2 days, the engine was stalling, riving up on it's own and not idling properly, so I took it back. Automatically, he started talking of more charges. When I mentioned the overpayment I had already paid, he stated that I'm the one who agreed to pay it. I still have to get their work corrected.

Carl had my vehicle for over a year. I paid up front $2500 back in February 2016. I contacted Carl several times over the course of a year and each time there were several excuses as to why the vehicle had still not been repaired. After taking him to court and several non kept promises to return either my vehicle or the money that I paid up front we have now reached the two year anniversary since I handed over possession of my vehicle. The court sentenced Mr. Carl to return my funds back as well as the car back in July 2017 and he has avoided all phones calls since this date. This has been the worst experience and I would NEVER recommend this shop. PLEASE GO ON YELP FOR TWO RECENTLY POSTED REVIEWS WITH THE SAME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

I just wanted to say thanks to Tune Up Plus. They worked on our 1998 Lincoln Navigator and they were EXCELLENT!! The manager was truthful and explained to us about our heat not working. It feels so great to have a technician be honest since we have been lied to several times before. I thank them all and wish more shops were just like you all.

I want to rave about such a wonderful business! I stopped on my way to work this AM for gasoline for my car. I dread pumping gas before work because I have spilled it on my pant leg in the past. Anyhow when I pulled into the station an attendant quickly rushed out and asked to pump my gas. While the gas pumped he cleaned my windows and even asked if I needed additional services. When I offered to tip the man he said no, all women deserve this kind of service! I will always get gas from them! I recommend everyone do the same!

I've been a regular customer for fuel purchases for many years. For State vehicle inspections I've used someone else for over twenty years, but the owner retired so I decided to try Skymart (formerly known as Raceco). First I checked to see If I could find reviews and this site is one of a few I found. The BBB site gives it and F, they did not return a call to the BBB whenit inquired about a complaint. Several, actually the majority of the reviews/ratings were very poor/low, however there are also some very positive reviews and ratings. I and noticed that many of the poor reviews seemed to involve the service manager and communication. Feeling kind of lazy and not wanting to search to hard for an Inspection Station I decided to use Skymart with caution. First I called and spoke to a the service manager, I confirmed that they were doing inspections and that I would arrive well before their 4pm cut off. I also checked to see how busy and was told they should be able to get me done pretty quickly. When I arrived I parked first and went inside to meet the manager. I asked if she was the person i had spoken with about inspections and she said she was. She told me there was one car ahead of me. She had me fill out a form and in about 20 minutes or so the mechanic came into the waiting room to collect my form. We spoke briefly about my vehicle. He told me the inspection would take about 30 minutes and then he went out and pulled my truck in. About 30 minutes later I was leaving. The service was very good. I did observe that the manager has a very abrupt way of answering questions and responding to customers. I would say that in my case establishing good communication with her and the mechanic was key to a happy conclusion. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because there was no warm and fussy from the manager, more of a take it or leave it attitude. I can see why there are so many low ratings.

I arrived at Today at 9:30am and was told my inspection would be done by late afternoon. My car was Has been in the shop for 8 HOURS and NOTHING WAS DONE. I asked what was the reason my car had not been serviced, "it was busy" and "they couldn't get to it". So for 8 hours straight my car sat there because "it was busy" yet i see people left and right going in and coming out. Being as i have a few friends who work at tread quarters and jiffy lube, I am aware they do not get paid for a state inspection and that is another reason why i feel i was completely pushed aside and taken advantage of. I came to this shop for the convenience of it being across the street of my place of work yet it has done the complete opposite to my day. 8 HOURS IN THEIR SHOP AND THEY DID NOT HAVE 30 min for the quick inspection process yet they had time for other services from people who clearly arrived after me. When i arrived at 5:30pm to pick up my car i was told the guy checking out in front of me was the last guy to get a state inspection for the day, what a huge coincidence. Not to mention, two people were in the waiting area... Low and behold they were not waiting on their car from a state inspection but a "WALK IN SERVICE". This place is NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Instead of servicing the people in order, you take advantage of whomever you'd like and pick and choose who gets done because MONEY IS YOUR ONLY CARE. I understand the technicians want to make as much money as they can but completely disregarding a service and stating it wasn't done because "it was busy" and "they couldn't get to it" is complete non-sense. I will NEVER give this Location another chance.

THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO KINGS GRANT EXXON. My electric cooling fan engaged when I first started my Jeep in the morning. This shouldn't happen. The fan should only engage when the coolant reaches about 200 degrees. The indicator light lit up on my dashboard. I took my Jeep up to the Exxon, I explained to them what happened and I would like a cost to fix it. I also told them it was probably just the sensor. A couple of hours later a mechanic called and said it would cost approx. $800.00 to fix my Jeep. I told him that was a outrageous price, don't fix it, I will pick up my Jeep in a little while. When I got there and asked for my key they said I had to pay $90.00 for a diagnostic charge. They never told me that it would cost $90.00 for a Diagnostic charge. So I paid the $90.00 in order to get my keys back from them. I went to Auto Zone and Auto Zone plugged their computer into my Jeep computer and said my cooling sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Auto Zone didn't charge me for the diagnostic service. They told me the part will cost $15.00. I bought the part, went home and installed it. It took me 10 minutes to change out the sensor. My Jeep is running great and the indicator light is off.

The Staff tried to pull a fast one on my wife, trying to take advantage of a woman. They Drummed up false problems with our 2002 Volvo which I went over with a fine tooth comb before she took it in. They said her signal lights were not "Amber Enough" That the "Wipers were bad" Just replaced 2 months ago. And Side Markers were not fastened correctly. Then they tried the Snake Oil. Mam your Tie Rods are Bad. It will be $700+ Dollars but we will waive the Labor charges on the other items if you have the Tie Rods replaced here. Illegal Under STATE INSPECTION RULES. There was nothing wrong with the Tie Rods. When I confronted the owner,and asked them to justify this, they threw me out of the store. When I said I wasn't leaving, I was calling the State Police to report this as Fraud. I was Grabbed from behind By some Muscle Head in a bear hug that bruised my ribs. I have had surgery, and had a chest tube in that area and it was re-injured by him. I was tossed to the ground. I am Currently Seeking Charges against the offending Parties. DO NOT PATRONIZE THESE BULLIES.

By far the WORST experience that I have had with an auto shop. I wasted two weekends there trying to get my vehicle inspected. After the first weekend, and all day wait I was informed that the vehicle didn't pass inspection. They quoted me $900 for the work, but I went to advanced auto and got all the parts and did it myself for $120. I took it back the next weekend and dropped it off at 9AM. Nobody called me all day, I had to call them. By 5PM I got frustrated that it hadn't even been looked at yet. The first call I got was from the manager at 8:30PM after they closed, after multiple calls and waiting for Dynell to figure out where there could possibly be a manager. He told his manager that they had contacted me a few times, but that was incorrect. Also, Dynell had the nerve to say that "we'll have to figure out who is telling the truth". They have a serious lack of communication in this shop, and they are scam artists. They had zero sense of urgency, because they weren't getting my money. I ended up having to leave it there overnight. I show up Sunday at 11AM and my car is still on the rack! So now I had to wait until they took it off again. Aside from their lack of communication and urgency, they damaged the front mudflap while lifting the vehicle. Their excuse? "It pops back after awhile", but there is obvious stress fractures in this hard plastic. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!
