I arrived at Today at 9:30am and was told my inspection would be done by late afternoon. My car was Has been in the shop for 8 HOURS and NOTHING WAS DONE. I asked what was the reason my car had not been serviced, "it was busy" and "they couldn't get to it". So for 8 hours straight my car sat there because "it was busy" yet i see people left and right going in and coming out. Being as i have a few friends who work at tread quarters and jiffy lube, I am aware they do not get paid for a state inspection and that is another reason why i feel i was completely pushed aside and taken advantage of. I came to this shop for the convenience of it being across the street of my place of work yet it has done the complete opposite to my day. 8 HOURS IN THEIR SHOP AND THEY DID NOT HAVE 30 min for the quick inspection process yet they had time for other services from people who clearly arrived after me. When i arrived at 5:30pm to pick up my car i was told the guy checking out in front of me was the last guy to get a state inspection for the day, what a huge coincidence. Not to mention, two people were in the waiting area... Low and behold they were not waiting on their car from a state inspection but a "WALK IN SERVICE". This place is NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Instead of servicing the people in order, you take advantage of whomever you'd like and pick and choose who gets done because MONEY IS YOUR ONLY CARE. I understand the technicians want to make as much money as they can but completely disregarding a service and stating it wasn't done because "it was busy" and "they couldn't get to it" is complete non-sense. I will NEVER give this Location another chance.

Inspection
NEVER GO HERE!!! They flat out lied to me and tried to take advantage of me. I went in for an inspection and it failed for 2 things: 1) not having amber bulbs in my front turn signals - I had amber lenses and white bulbs same as I have had for 10 years worth of inspections. I replaced the bulbs myself for $5.00 so no big deal, they were truly not "illegal" but I wasn't going to fight them over bulbs and plastic lens covering. 2) my muffler was leaking and needed replaced, price of $380.00 because they would have to drop the back axel to replace it--- 1st red flag. Who drops an axel to do muffler work... BUT when I asked them where the leak was in my muffler, they said quote: "I don't know". WHAT?!!! How can you fail me on something you don't know about...2nd red flag. I asked to talk to the mechanic who inspected my truck, gone for the day, of course. So I got a second opinion from a muffler shop 2 days later (Big Al's on independence Blvd - I LOVE them by the way!!!), not only is my muffler 100% fine but they could not even find a symptom that would hint at a bad exhaust system. Tread Quarters saw a 30yr old woman driving a Tahoe and assumed I knew nothing about vehicles, lied to me and then continued to lie to me about the necessity of replacing my exhaust. I have to go back there to get re-inspected only because I am going to report them to the stat police when they fail me again... which they will have to do because I did not replace my muffler as they insisted :) NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!! I had to chose 1 star but really its -100 stars
