I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF The tow truck driver gets commission to take your car there --- and then they quote you an extremely high price. THEN they want to charge you for the estimate --- even when their website says FREE estimates! Do NOT allow them to strong arm you like they have me and other people!!! Kim is a liar !!!!!!!

These guys are great. I had work done at a local chain shop and they led me to believe I had a serious problem that would keep us from driving back to NC. I called Murray's, explained the situation and asked if they could take a look. Less than an hour later, they had carefully looked into things and found a minor oversight by the previous mechanic. It was cleared up and all is good. Attitude, courtesy, responsiveness, listening skills, mechanical understanding ... all top notch. Next time we're here and need auto work - I'll go to them first.
