As a woman I was concerned where to take my vehicle to. I stopped by this shop to have my vehicle looked at for possible transmission problems. I was greeted by two ladies upon arriving and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful they were. After a little while the owner came out to discuss my vehicle issues. He was nice and went over options and prices with me. I was VERY happy to find out that it was not my transmission after all! They repaired my car and it runs great! No more issues at all. Paul Overstreet is passionate and meticulous about his work. I've been taking my Audis (A4 Quattro and A6 Avant) to him as long as I've owned them. Anyone who knows Audis know that they are a blast to own and drive but that repairs can be expensive. Paul is a perfect alternative to a dealership, and does not artificially inflate prices or shop time to increase revenue. And he doesn't suggest or perform needless repairs for the sake of making more on a particular job. Add to all that the fact that he's easy going.
