My son took his car to them he had a heater core issue. They agreed to replace to core and fix the leak. They next day we had a major antifreeze leak inside the car and underneath the hood. Had to take the car to another shop. Midlothian Village Shell never replaced the core. I called and they said the would not stand by there work ! Very dishonest

DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!!!!!!! RIP OFF The tow truck driver gets commission to take your car there --- and then they quote you an extremely high price. THEN they want to charge you for the estimate --- even when their website says FREE estimates! Do NOT allow them to strong arm you like they have me and other people!!! Kim is a liar !!!!!!!

Mike kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and when there were additional problems, he offered a loaner car for me to use. Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.
