I was very happy with the experience.

This is my regular mechanic now. I took my car for an oil change and annual inspection, also needed a couple of things checked out because they weren't working properly. I made an appointment for 7 AM so I could wait for my car. I paid less for my total bill (including the state inspection fee) than I used to pay for an oil change alone. My Acura takes between 4 and 5 quarts of oil, they charged for 4 where I used to go always charged for me for 5 quarts. The two things I had them check ended up being easy fixes (for them) so they didn't charge me to fix them. I was out and on my way in an hour. The people there are friendly and honest. Can't ask for more. They're 5 minutes from my house but I'd go out of my way to have them service my car. I'd give the 10 stars if I could.

I had a great experience at Ms Tuffy. I called and explained my situation and they were helpful from the beginning. Mike kept me up to date with what was going on with my car and when there were additional problems, he offered a loaner car for me to use. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the manager and the entire staff and the work they do. Great service by John at the store. A little delay out in the shop but John stayed on top of it. Very good pricing on the tires I bought. Really nice experience. Store could use a better parking area...very crowded for customers to get in move around the lot.

The Best, hands down! Automotive Specialty is the only place I take my 1995 Mercedes C220. From general preventive maintenance, to work of more serious nature, they do it all, and they do an extraordinary job. They are worth the 10 miles I drive to take my car to them. They are driven to give friendly and caring customer service with honest assessments of whatever problem my car may have, fair prices, quality work and expert automotive knowledge. It is a real garage, not fancy-schmancy, and your car will get fixed right the first time, 99.9% of the time.

I've been taking my old Jeep to Leete for a few years now. I've found them to be fair with their pricing, informative, honest , and very reliable. The Jeep won't quit, and I drive it hard... this is a testament to quality work that's been done under the hood. Add to this the fact that when I put my vehicle in the shop in the morning, it's always been ready for me the same day! Call ahead to make an appointment. These guys are busy, and rightfully so.

The knowledge and quality of service was great. Person at front desk always lacks a bit of professionalism and the reception area is always a mess, but I still recommend Delta V and prefer it over a VW dealership

Poor installation caused wheelbearing to go bad within 6 months. Took 5 days to finish the job. Broke ABS sensor, tried to fix it by keeping the vehicle for 4 more days. Still not fixed as I am now driving with ABS lights on. Now the wheelbearing failing again!! I have driven the vehicle roughly around 3000-4000 miles mostly highway mileage. I am being told parts could malfunction, does this mean they put low quality parts and charge me an arm and leg for it.

My am fm cd radio died in my 2004 Silverado. They quoted me $275 to repair it and it would take about 4 hours. To remove fix and reinstall. They have a nice waiting room so I opted to wait and read a book. I was surprised me when 30 minutes later they pulled the truck out front. The tech said a slice had come lose in the power wire where a cb radio was hooked up. Charged me $40 and I was on my way!. Great folks and honest too.

BUYERS BEWARE... As a former employee I noticed that the price mark up is ripping both areas off. For example they pay $18.99 for brake pads and you get charged $79.99 minimum, they pay $25.00 for brake rotors and you get charged $119.00 on the average. I've witnessed alot of wrong doing while working as a so called manager for this company. I feel for customers such as Ms. Shaw who came in to have her door fixed on her mini van and was charged $119.00 for diagnostics and was given a quote for $1800.00 only to get the problem fixed somewhere else for $6.00...but to make it worse the owner promised to refund her the diagnostic charge and then jerked her out of it. Instructing everyone to blow her off if she called. I can honestly say that I have NEVER experienced such robbery in all of the years I've been in the automotive industry. Owner threatened a latinx woman over a matter that could have calmly been discussed. Maybe it's racism, maybe it's not, his motivation for being rude is not clear it can only be contemplated. Regardless, I'm not going to try and find out.

This is not a company anyone should patronize. They were contracted to locate a BMW for my wife and they burned her thoroughly. He completely misrepresented the vehicle and overcharged by $10,000.00. Since he was contracted to locate the vehicle, he demanded full payment prior to delivery.He then delivered it to a trusting female customer in the dark and dirty which prevented an inspection.Conventiently, he was literally waiting to catch a flight upon delivery.Post delivery inspection revealed suspension had a bent front strut indicating collision damage.This vehicle cannot be properly aligned without strut replacement. Most likely, he bought the vehicle in a wrecked condition. It had a check engine and lighting warning light son that traced back to emission malfunctions, faulty brake lights and it required an immediate clutch replacement. Although relatively new, it failed Virginia emissions testing.The vehicle had collective shoddy body repairs through out. Noteworthy, he delivered it after he'd put over 1800 miles on it for his personal use.The vehicle issues were discovered after he'd been paid and caught the first flight out of town. If you choose to do business with this company, you'd be foolish, and prepare to be cheated. Every stereotype of used car salesmen apply here. He is dishonest and will take any measures necessary to get your money.
