Car radio repaired

My am fm cd radio died in my 2004 Silverado. They quoted me $275 to repair it and it would take about 4 hours. To remove fix and reinstall. They have a nice waiting room so I opted to wait and read a book. I was surprised me when 30 minutes later they pulled the truck out front. The tech said a slice had come lose in the power wire where a cb radio was hooked up. Charged me $40 and I was on my way!. Great folks and honest too.

Attempt to repair an A.M Car Radio.

After chatting with a person from Southern Electronics about my antique car radio i was pleased to hear they could repair my radio, they assured me they could make this operate and look like new again..and an estimate of around 250.00 was agreed upon..I then mailed this antique car radio in good faith for repair. It had many issues from years of abuse ie. The screws that were obviously missing from the outer case, frayed wiring on the dial light wire routed along the outer top case, and many other issues unseen. WELL, i got a call saying it was $300.00 to replace alot of items, so, i agreed. they called, after a couple weeks, it's done and they wanted to be paid..I paid in good faith. 4 days later i get the radio, looks like nothing was done. screws still missing, wires still frayed,& still filthy. I called to complain, after talking with 2 people, No results, the third man i spoke with wanted me to send it back so they can finish the job? WTF? that's the problem with this country today, NO QUALITY WORKMANSHIP, NO PRIDE IN WHAT YOU DO FOR THE PUBLIC, AND ALL YOU GET ARE EXCUSES. DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS COMPANY, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME & MONEY.

Speedometer testing

Did a speedometer calibration for court in 30 minutes. Got my speeding ticket reduced from careless and reckless to speeding. Sweet!
