We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

Excellent job and awesome pricing along with great customer service

My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

These people are great. They're patient and courteous no matter how silly or technical I feel my question They explain so I understand. They seem to be on my side too, one place told me I needed expensive services and Laura explained exactly how and why I did not need what they said. I trust them completely.

Wonderful friendly service

I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The shop is beautiful and they focus on service. Marsha M. No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's! -Marina Howell

I was with my 80 year old dad when my mini van broke down. This company offered a great value to our money with a job well done! They took us home and fixed my van in a jiffy! We intend to contact the company for all our future automotive needs.
