Brake repair service near Des Moines, WA

I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The shop is beautiful and they focus on service. Marsha M. We use LK auto repair for our work truck maintenance and repairs. The service is great! They always give us an inspection report with details on all the upcoming maintenance priorities. I regret taking my truck to gene. First of all he was very rude and condescending to me, he talked to as if I knew nothing about my truck simply because I am a woman. I took my ford f150 to him for new brakes and he put on the wrong brake pads!!! Within 1 day of getting it back, the brakes were completely shot as they had been way over heated trying to stop my truck. I almost rear ended someone when they went out! I had he also re-build the transmission. This took over a week which seemed a little long to me, but he is a 1 man shop, no one else works there, which also seems odd to me now that I think back on it.... Long story short, I paid $5,000 for his services, he called to tell me that he had also found some bad wiring that needed to be placed, and that I needed a new radiator!!! I had had no previous issues with these parts before I took my truck to him. Long story short, I had to take my truck to ford for the brakes and talked gene's car care over with their service reps

Signature has done all my repairs for the last 10 years. They are extremely professional & their rates are reasonable. The team — Rick & Eric & the service technicians — is top-notch. I can't recommend Signature any more highly.

I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. I feel like I can trust these guys which is all to often not how I feel when I have been to mechanics in the past over the years. Thanks Rali-Round, keep up the good work! Jason Elkins

No fishing for extra work, or looking for other "problems" to fix. In fact, the opposite--they noticed some missing bolts on the skid plate, and replaced them free of charge. MotoVac service went longer than expected due to a seized fuel line, but they stuck to the original quoted price instead of dinging me for the extra shop time. Nice to finally find a shop worth recommending and returning to!
