I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. No fishing for extra work, or looking for other "problems" to fix. In fact, the opposite--they noticed some missing bolts on the skid plate, and replaced them free of charge. MotoVac service went longer than expected due to a seized fuel line, but they stuck to the original quoted price instead of dinging me for the extra shop time. Nice to finally find a shop worth recommending and returning to!

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!
