The entire process was smooth and problem-free. The gentleman at the counter checked us in quickly and was friendly. The service was completed in the timeline given at check in and the cost was reasonable.

The work that was done on last visit was done properly, albeit very expensive. I received a Quote for more work that needed to be done. I contacted other Subaru Repair Shops and got their quotes....They all come in at 50% or more less for exactly the same work. I was disappointed, as I have been going to All Wheel Drive for several years. I trusted them. I understand that AWD needs to make money, but charging 50% more is over the top for me. They have lost me as a customer.

Al has been fixing various issues with my wife's Audi for years. He's great at communicating what's going on, typically over estimates and charges less, and often fixes little things and refuses to let us pay him for it. Not many businesses like this around anymore.

I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. I've always taken my vehicles to Olympic Automotive and I have always been pleased with the work they do. I had some problems with my rear brakes and instead of just selling me expensive new calipers they went to the effort of cleaning them and re-lubricating to see if this would solve the problem and it did. That saved me over $1,000 because BMW parts are so expensive. They also loaned me a Nisaan for the day at no charge! This was all same day service too, I didn't even schedule an appointment but they took care of me. It kind of amazes me the polarity between the reviews, you never know the type of people who write the bad or good reviews but some people are just unreasonable and you can't trust what they say. All that I can personally say is that Olympic Automotive always treats me well and I would (and have) recommended them to other people.

Sometimes things happen. It's how a business handles those things that matters. My daughter had her car repaired at the garage. Four days later the new part failed causing other problems. Bob had the car towed to his garage from quite a distance, reviewed the problem and repaired the vehicle. It is running great now. Bob was very professional and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him and this garage. Thank you, Bob, for all your concern and help.

I took my 95 Ford f150 here on the recommendation of Discount Tire for an alignment. I had replaced the entire front end linkage and the truck REALLY needed an alignment after that! They did the work as asked. I picked up the truck and they told me that things weren't really aligned because I needed a new pitman arm. I told them I'd be back in a few weeks. A few weeks or so later, I made an appointment to have the pitman arm replaced and the truck realigned. This was strategic on my part as it would immediately follow me replacing the front springs and shocks. I drop the car off, I pick it up and the camber looks insane. Must have been 5 to 10 degrees positive! VERY noticeable with the naked eye. I, of course, asked about the camber and was told that camber is not adjustable on the Ford twin I beam suspension. I paid my bill and went home where I did some research. Here's what I discovered... There is a camber bushing that needs to replaced on the twin I beam suspension. Correcting the camber is expensive (the bushings are about $60 each retail) but hardly impossible. Further, I learned that the pitman arm is a non-wearable item on a 95 F150. I am not seeking my money back from them. I made the mistake of trusting them and my penance is being out that money. Instead, when I say a place where I can write a review of this shop, I do. I want to tell everybody that these guys have no clue what they're doing. I didn't bring in anything bizarre or exotic, just a mid-90's Ford truck, something around 1 million of these things were built. This is not a rare car at all! This shop couldn't perform a simple task on a common vehicle and didn't know what they didn't know. Alternatively, they knew that they didn't do the job and simply lied to me.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!
