The entire process was smooth and problem-free. The gentleman at the counter checked us in quickly and was friendly. The service was completed in the timeline given at check in and the cost was reasonable.

Took longer than expected. Appointment was for Friday in Kirkland 7:00 AM. Dropped car off at Kirkland location Thursday PM. Car moved to Bothell location Monday. Job finished Friday PM (AWD Auto had the car 8 days total). Work completed was very good. AWD Auto is on my “keeper” list. I did not observe Shop Amenities.
