No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. They gave her a fair and honest estimate, and fixed her Saab great. I couldn't recommend higher. They will get our business for as long as she keeps her Saab. Lamont S. Bellingham, WA

Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

BEWARE….BEWARE…..BEWARE I had to go get my XC-90 Volvo vehicle, and move it to another mechanic. The apathy & attitude was too much, Just look at the place, …… no lift, small, unorganized & dirty. He charged $50.00 for a simple electrical test that many other establishments stated were often accomplished as a courtesy. When I was there he had no work, but could not find the time to respond to questions. I don’t know who wrote those other reviews,..... they look to be misinformation and written by friends.
