The price was extremely competitive and Chris knew that we were over a barrel if we needed to purchase. Bottom line is even though we luckly did not have to purchase a new vehicle, Chris helped during our nearly one week stay in Bellingham. He was honest in his dealings, with no expectation that he would conclude a sale and a commission. I trust him such that even though I live out of state I will definitely call him and compare his deal with my local dealer and will drive to Diehl Ford to deal with Chris.

He gave me an exact quote before he started the work. He got the work done quickly and I paid him. He came to my location. Now my V-10 is purring like a kitten.
