I had immediate help when my car wouldn't start. We ran up against a weekend and a holiday. However, they got the work done in a reasonable timeframe and one of the things we really appreciated was their communication with us. They took time to talk with us, explain the situation and also returned calls. Hockett and Olsen went above and beyond to help us. They have managed to keep our very old cars running. We will continue to use their services in the future.

The entire process was smooth and problem-free. The gentleman at the counter checked us in quickly and was friendly. The service was completed in the timeline given at check in and the cost was reasonable.

I brought my car in for a check engine light. I let you know that I had replaced the gas cap and was curious if there was anything associated with that which could cause the problem. You charged me 250 to replace a gas cap because you needed an hour of labor to get the car set up for testing. I just googled what the first thing to check is if your check engine light is on and it says to check the gas cap. I even asked you on the phone if there was anything I should check before bringing the car in. I’ve been coming to you consistently for the past ~8 years. I would expect better customer service.

Misdiagnosed the problem. Unprofessional costumer services. Stated not caring about customers and staying in business. Refunded payment. Would not recommend going there.
