I really like these guys. They really know what they are doing and unlike a lot of mechanics seem to really actually care about the quality of their work through their attention to detail and communication with the customer. I had them bring my car back to life which was neglected for a long time by me and I was surprised to they were able to actually fix all the issues for a very reasonable price. This shop was happy to help me with my breakdown- They were really too busy to replace my alternator that day- but they did not bother to tell me that until that nightwhen I was hoping to have my car back but instead was stranded. Then they overcharged me for the repair as well as added in a 20 dollar environmental fee even though they did not change any fluis or dispose of any used parts or tires. When I challenged them on the environmental fee- they explained that everyone gets charged that - I guess that is why they don't have to disclose it as part of the estimate. AVOID THIS BUSINESS! they are not honest and will take advantage of you- Cost 556 dollars to change a 200 dollar alternator.

I drove to Firestone in Redmond to get our actively leaking radiator fixed. Firestone was unable to fix our car for 5 days. So I went next door to Autosys and they were able to fix the car in a more timely manner. Tyler at the desk frequently communicated the status of our Excursion with us. The price of labor and parts was reasonable and fair. And....I got a ride home from one of the workers since our car had to stay there. I will definitely go back!
