I’m very pleased with Northshore Automotive. It’s the only place I bring my cars to for maintenance. Why? They do excellent work, they have reasonable prices, and they have excellent customer service. It's one of those things you just want to keep it for yourself, but I guess I have to share. I would not go anywhere else!

No one likes to shell out hundreds of dollars to fix an unexpected car malfunction, but Hermann's made the process easier with affordable pricing, knowledgable staff and a speedy process. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's! -Marina Howell

I have been taking my Ford Explorer to Eric for several years whenever I need things fixed. He has always treated me with respect and has always been very helpful on explaining what needed to be done and the most economical way to get there. My Ford is an older Ford, but is still in really good condition. I plan to drive it into the ground and will always have Eric do the repair work on it. I know I can trust Eric and his team to do the best job possible. Jodi

Dragon auto is the place. They have a quick turnaround, stick to the quoted price, and do good work. My 2006 Chevy Express van needed a new water pump and radiator tank. Fixed my bad brakes that were making noise. They fixed it and they work great. Car seems to stop better then ever. Also found a screw in my tire and fixed that before it was a bigger problem.

I was a little concerned sending my college age daughter to the first repair she has needed for the used SAAB we found her over a year ago. While the car has been a gem, older parts sometimes wear out. I was impressed by their professionalism and the accuracy and honesty of their estimate and diagnosis. You hear stories about some shops taking advantage of young drivers, selling them repairs they don't need - but not these guys. These guys at Scanwest Autosport were totally professional, courteous, patient, and great at making my daughter feel comfortable in getting her automobile repaired, and repaired correctly. They gave her a fair and honest estimate, and fixed her Saab great. I couldn't recommend higher. They will get our business for as long as she keeps her Saab. Lamont S. Bellingham, WA

One of the best service experiences I have ever encountered. The service was completed earlier than promised. I wasn't prepared for it to be done quite that soon. As I'm handed the keys I was given the promise to be taken care of if the AC unit didn't perform. TOP NOTCH!

BEWARE….BEWARE…..BEWARE I had to go get my XC-90 Volvo vehicle, and move it to another mechanic. The apathy & attitude was too much, Just look at the place, …… no lift, small, unorganized & dirty. He charged $50.00 for a simple electrical test that many other establishments stated were often accomplished as a courtesy. When I was there he had no work, but could not find the time to respond to questions. I don’t know who wrote those other reviews,..... they look to be misinformation and written by friends.
