This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride. I took my car to Daves for a transmission rebuild. It was in their possession for over a month before I got it back. I think i only got it back then because i called everyday for a week until it was done. I picked it up and drove it around for a while since it had been sitting for so long and noticed a rattling while the car was idling. Took it to my regular mechanic and the trans mount was bad and the bolts holding it on were loose. This should have been caught and repaired/replaced before the car was returned to me so I didn't have to waste my time getting it repaired elsewhere. If notified I would have authorized the repairs. I called Daves to let him know what happened and was told that his mechanic told me about the mount ( not true as I would have never left with it like that). He offered to fix it for free (after getting offened that i was telling him about this and insulting my auto shop) but I am having my own trusted auto shop do it. I will spend the extra $200 at a place that doesn't give me the run around. I can't afford to be without my car for another 2 weeks. Buyer beware. You get what you pay for. I only have 2 stars because he offered to replace the part for free.
