I recently used European Auto House to do a pre-purchase inspection for a 2014 Boxster that I was hoping to buy. I contacted Nathaniel who was very accommodating in setting up the inspection right away. He read my emails and responded to my questions right away. He was able to do the inspection the same day that I called. That afternoon he called me to discuss his findings. He very quickly figured out a number of things wrong with the car that I had no idea about. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me some very good advice about finding the right car for me. He saved me a lot of disappointment, headaches and money. I will call Nathaniel for the next inspection and I will certainly use him for service once I find my Porsche.

I stopped going there because the staff was not very customer friendly, especially the older women service helpper, she was very snippy and if you questioned anything in charges she would get very rude. I recently was in a bind for oil change and was pleased to see a new manager. He was very nice knew what he was talking about and showed me all of the reasons why I needed the items replaced on my car. I will most deffinatly be going back to the quick lube there! This place is my heaven on earth. If i could give more stars i would. Weve had them work on our 2009 yukon denali, our 2012 chrystler 300, and our 1999 mitsubishi eclipse. The last job i brought them was a 1987 Chevrolet C20 pickup. The transmission needed a rebuild. They did it in under a week, and they even beefed it up for just 100 more bucks! It was smooth, down shifts were incredible, the whole shabang. Everytime i hear someones having a problem with a car we dont know how to fix, this facility is my first recomendation. These people are so great, ive called asking their opinions on a noise and instead of giving me the same old same old ever shop does, "well.... youll have to bring it in and well charge to look at it" theyve helped me over the phone asking to describe it. Ive even had the receptionist pull a guy from the garage for his opinion! The only bad thing i have to say is, ive called numerous times to set up an appointment and tbe problem gets fixed by itself or i fix it, then forget to call and say its a no go on the appointment, or i do call and i emd up canceling. I feel so bad every time i do it because they are really good people! Thats my fault not theirs though. I have a 1973 corvette that was recently involved in a rear end hit, as soon as the body shop finishes with the back, everything i need done to it will be going to Natiomal Pride.
