they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't ev... read more they installed a ball joint on my van that was brand new and didn't even put any grease in it it failed less than three months later they tried to say I didn't grease that I said well I paid you to put it in and it's brand-new you don't even have enough common sense to grease the bearing. Second time we had a blowout on the highway and the guy we called AAA they called Minute Clinic shows up and come out there without a jack. The third time they towed the vehicle unauthorized charge me a hundred thirty bucks

After paying to get the car back, the car didn't even make it off the lot before the brakes completely failed again! When we called a tow truck to have the vehicle taken somewhere else, the owner actually blocked our car in with his own vehicle to keep us from taking it! Then we were threatened by the owner personally with a bat...REALLY. AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON!
