Owner got upset with me over a tire Because he does not have enough help in his shop

This Gem of a human being wants to charge my daughter $349.00 to put a set of rear brakes on her car and it will be extra for rotors! I've NEVER seen anyone charge a price like this. It's a 2005 Monte Carlo and this is at least DOUBLE what it should cost to slap on a few brake pads. DON'T give this POS your business, save YOUR money Remove review

Wow, the above comment is shocking to me. I didn't receive this kind of service or treatment at all from Autoserv. Prices are very reasonable to local area competition. I have been going here for years. They have always been polite & curtious. Have taken care of my vehicles and stand behind any reoccurring problems. Reality check. This person needs to look at themselves and how they reacted to the situation. These people have always gone above and beyond to make sure my vehicle repairs were met.
