I'm not sure how long I've been going to A&A, more than 10 years I'd guess. They are outstanding! They are patient, give good explanations, and are accurate in their estimates about time and cost (given the vagaries of what they find and where the part comes from). I used Edmonds for all my vehicle needs while we lived in Alaska and still feel comfortable calling with questions now that we have left the state. The environment has always been welcoming and they only gave me a little slack for driving a jeep and a ford (all in good fun, though). This shop takes customer service and pride to a new level. I was referred to TGC Auto by my friend. I have used the facility 2 times for minor truck repairs. The level of service provided is impressive. Also, I felt that the mechanics were fair and honest. All work came in at or below the quoted price. It's a small company so you deal with the same person at all times. This is the only place in Anchorage I will take my truck. Definitely recommend TGC Auto.
