Jesus is pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and keeps in touch while the car is in the shop. They treat you and your car like family. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I just moved to Arizona for 1 year not knowing any shop to fix My 2000 Honda Civic power steering pump. I called Japanese Auto Pro's for a quote and they were very reasonable price. I have been going to Desert Hills for years. Tim has been keeping up my 1986 Silverado. His prices are reasonable and fair. I also take my 01 Rav to him. Recently put in a new Radiator. Very pleased with the results. Never had a problem with his work. Before that he gave it a tune-up. Zoom Zoom!

I had to have my Jeep towed to an Auto Repair shop and I found them on Google.com and came with good reviews. I dealt with the manager, Mitchell Rosowitz and he shot me straight and gave me a price for repairs and recommendations for other repairs needed without pressure. I only had so much money to work with so Mitchell gave me a discount and All is good with my Jeep!!

This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. They kept me informed on the progress and the cost so there were no unexpected surprises! I am very pleased and trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them and I am very fussy with my cars! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

Sat on my car for months and never finished work place is a huge scam

I took my daughter's 2005 Chevy Malibu to have some work done on her transmission, and i have not found a shop or customer service better then I did at Advanced Transmissions in a long long while. Advanced Transmissions has been in business many years now and they do good work, the way shops used to do back in the day when people actually cared about helping each other. So i am telling you, if you want an honest company that will do you right and give you a firm handshake go to Advanced Transmissions and talk to the guys at the front there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will rip you off! Took my car after having issues with my ac was told I needed a new compressor it would be $1000.00 for a NEW ac compressor. Day one I"m told the dealer sent the wrong compressor, Day two the right compressor came in but it was "defective" Day three car is finished and fixed. I pay them and receipt clearly states new equipment installed. On the drive home I notice ac is still not working at all. I get home and open the hood and I find my original used compressor. I called the owner Julio and he hung up on me. Called back and threaten to call the police and he explains it's their mistake and they will fix it. He said they could have "accidentally" installed a rebuilt compressor. I told him I knew he was lying because it was not a used, rebuilt or new part in fact I could prove from the serial # it was my original compressor. They will lie, cheat and steal do not go here! Take it to a real mechanic. My AC still does not work until this mess is reversed thru my bank.

I went in for a tune up and was very pleased with the service advisor. he was very responsive and friendly. Pricing also seemed reasonable.
