I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

Our Baby -- "Lit'l Blue" -- 2001 SLK -- got her Annual Physical this week! Her oil was changed -- which included a complimentary fluid inspection and safety review -- and she passed Summa Cum Laude! I had Dale Jr. look over what the problem was . he diagnoses the issue which was actually the same result. AZM fixed it for Half the price that the dealer wanted..... Great Job AZM . Thanks Dale!!!
