Fantastic service! I highly recommentdniAutoHaus. They weee able to service my car sooner than anticipated. I greatly appreciated Jimi keeping me informed as repairs were made and maintenance issues being completed. He even stayed late in a Friday to make sure I would have my car. Much more personal than a dealership. They obviously know BMWs, diagnosed and fixed the problem, did a courtesy inspection and noted some maintenance items that needed to be addressed. Fixed everything, and saved me a ton of money. We will definitely use IAutohaus in the future.

As usual a great job was done on changing the oil and conducting a vehicle inspection. My only complaint is that Andrew, the service advisor, tried to sell me over $1000 worth of "recommended" service items, including fuel injection flush, change radiator fluid, and clean air vents while replacing the cabin air filter. I follow the official MB factory recommendations, and the recommendations far exceeded what MB calls for. My 2015 GLK350 has only 36,000 miles, so it is in fine shape right now. Aside from Andrew's sales tactics it was a fine job.

The service associate, Chris, was very pushy to get us to do more than just oil change for my E350. He pointed out some areas that need attention but when I say I want to shop around, he got offended and accusing me of not trusting iAutohaus to do the job. We felt pressured and bullied by his attitude. He was arrogant and cocky to my girlfriend when she picked up the vehicle. The overall experience was very unpleasant. He never sent me the photos of the areas that need attention as he has promised. I sent my feedback to the store manage, Joshua, and has received no response.

MIDAS down the way there on Broadway, messed up on my oil change and neglected to put the correct gaskets in my car during the oil change. Oil was leaking like a sieve, and iAUTOHAUSS went in there, identified the issue and repaired my car. THANK GOD!! I am pretty certain that I will continue to go there with my old 2003 BMW 525iseries sedan. I had a touch last couple of years fighting cancer, and MIDAS was literally out to rip me off for a lot of money. The gents here at iAUTOHAUSS didn't let that happen. I will be forever grateful! God Bless the folks there!

I like iAutohaus. I have been taking my Jag there since I transferred here. Andrew is first rate as a service advisor and his customer service skills are second to none. I would recommend both to friends. Admittedly, I was a little disappointed with the sales force, at least the person I spoke with. He did show me a vehicle that had a pending order on it, but he seemed disinterested in me as a customer. I think buying a car here would be a good experience, but based on that I would be a little hesitant.

I am a very brand new customer for AutoHaus and I normally takes my fleet vehicles to Mercedes Benz dealership for services but a friend of mine recommend me this place....my experience overall with AutoHaus service was even far better than the dealership. it was very direct and facts information and quickly resolved with the professional quality. I would definitely will come back when I can... unfortunately is not a very easy convenience for me because I live in Tonopah, AZ but my daily routine I drive to downtown Phoenix everyday for work. Once again the service was fabulous; however, part of the rear window seal came loose. In communicating with service rep I was made aware that that part of the molding was not replaced and that it was part of the original molding. All in all a good service just a slight lack of communication.
