Electric car repair service near Scottsdale, AZ

I have had the pleasure of working with the Vinson Team for several years after having been referred by my neighbor. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lived all over the country and I wish there were more Mike Vinson Automotive locations for my friends and family to appreciate.

Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh

In my experience the owner goes above and beyond to ensure everyone has a great and honest experience with his company! After 10 years of consistent oil changes with three different vehicles they have only told me once that they found something that needed attention. If they suggest that you need something repaired, you really do need it. I recently got my brakes fixed and they did a great job. I truly appreciate how thorough all of the mechanics are even if it is just an oil change. I really appreciate the candor used when explaining what they have done to my vehicles and what they suggest might need to be done. I really trust this company!! I would recommend and have recommended AutoVaun to anyone who asks for an honest mechanic. The people who I have suggested going here have also been impressed. It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

Always a great experience, from scheduling to excellent work done quickly to fabulous staff! They are honest and never pushy, never trying to sell me something I don't need. It is like going to a friend you trust. And I just learned that they do tires too, so I will have them replace mine when it's time for that!

Found them through a friend. I had a leaking brake line in the ABS of my BMW 540i. Took my car there yesterday. They did a great job in fixing that in an absolutely amazing price. And they also did a free inspection of my car and told me about the probs that I might face in future. They are not at all pushy about selling their services. I am really impressed with their service. Now I know this is the place to take my car for any service that it needs!!!!

I was referred to Jeff by a stranger who fixed my flat tire about 2 months ago. I visited the business yesterday and Jeff was very honest, open with the evaluation. He invited me to look under the car to see what was wrong with the tires and he corrected the problem without any charge because it was due to loose nuts in the tie rods. He double checked all the tires to ensure they were on tight and sent me on my way. I feel because I am a female, sometimes, I have been taken for a ride and sold a bill of goods. However, in this case, I had experienced an honest mechanic and that is rare in my experience with mechanics. I give him a high rating for excellent service and I respect the man who recommended him although I have never seen him again. Jeff gets my business from now on!
