Never going back this place really disappointed me at the end with the new manager

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I took my car for valve adjustments and was told that one of my piston was broken so I removed the head to find out that was not true. They took my $180 that could have been for the valve adjustment. Would not recommend this place. (657) 347- 6402. SMH

They charged me $267 to replace two headlights. And it took them 6 hours! They never called with status as promised. I made an appointment for 8 and the guy said we’ll have room around 10 to look at it. So why did I make an appointment for 8. How about an appointment for 10? Then they said there were all these other issues that would cost thousands of dollars. Really??? I took it to a reputable mechanic and he said most of it was for them to make money. I will never go there again and would not recommend. If I wasn’t in a time crunch and knew the first about cars I would have left. Lesson learned.

It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

I truly recommend you get a second opinion,other than Orozco I went with their first judgement and it cost me 1,000 for some valve cover replacement that i did not need.next day i notice the same oil leak .took it back when they said its the oil switch were leaking from (quote)the reason (we) didn't catch it at first was ,bla,bla,bla,yada,yada,yada..oh and the still wanted to me pay extra 130 for the switch...hand shook money took..

Brought in my car because of leak causing smoke, diagnosis with multiple leaks, but one was the culprit, fixed a leak that wasn't causing the smoke, 25miles later brought it back in for the SAME issue, was told that it was a different leak, but coming from the same place (very questionable). Seems like the traditional mechanic shop trying to get as much out of it as possible. Prices charged are comparable to dealers. I feel cheated, and will not return or recommend. I live in the area and wanted to do local business.

My 05 Corolla engine had been shaking, causing some pretty heavy vibrations when idling or just in Park. They diagnosed that all my mounts needed to be replaced. Went ahead and had them replaced, got it back and engine is still shaking, it’s just a bit quieter now but still very apparent. 1250 bucks later. I didn’t bother bringing it back because a) I can’t afford it especially for another possible misdiagnosis and b) those mounts had to be replaced even if it didn’t fix the issue I brought it in for. Just gonna take the L and move on. Great customer service though.

Very disappointed. They failed to fix the gas vape leak but charged me for what they called a successful fix. The vehicle failed the SMOG retest. Totally lost confidence in that place. I will now have to go to DMV and ask them to send me to one of their recommended auto centers to get the repair done.
