I love Frank's Auto Service and have taken my cars there for over 30 years. This time I'm writing a review to share the news that Frank's does not do smog tests, although they do excellent work on cars that have not passed smog tests at other facilities. This is my go to mechanic shop. My car is a 1991 Toyota Celica that was a gift from my grandpa before he passed so with that sentiment I'm trying to restore her to classic glory.
