We moved to southern California in 1992 and a couple coworkers recommended Wards to us. We started taking our cars there, and would never go anywhere else now. They are low key and never try to sell us something we don't need, they're friendly, reasonable, and happy to give us a ride to or from the house even though we don't live close to the shop. They have saved us money numerous times by telling us when something is still under warranty and could be fixed for free at the dealership; they could have done the work, charged us, and we'd have never been the wiser. But that's not the way they do business! Our daughter had car trouble on a trip and her car was towed to the nearest garage. She didn't understand what they were telling her needed to be done so she called Jim to ask his advice. He offered to call and speak with them himself and then explain the problem to her in lay terms and help her decide what to do--no charge for his time even though he got nothing out of it. Over the years, we've taken several different brands and styles of cars to them and they've never failed us. We wouldn't trust our cars to anyone else's care! They are the absolute top of their field.

I would have to say that they are the best at what they do. I took my car wrecked from the accident. They towed my car for free to their shop and started on the paperwork right away. Not only they are honest, they are also reliable. In only 3 weeks I had my car back, in perfect condition. A+ to Pristine Auto. God forbid I have another accident, Pristine is my body shop!

I have been going to USAC for almost fifteen years now for all of air conditioning and compressor repairs, etc. Actually anything to do with my heating or air conditioning I bring my car in to them. Over the past years they have worked on all of my automobiles. I am always satisfied with the workmanship, the short amount of time it always to fix the issue and the follow up they care about, also. It's very rare in southern CA to find mechanics, etc. to take such pride in their work as USAC does. They are not over priced either. I have found them to be quite reasonable especially when it comes to air conditioning parts, etc. The owners are pleasant, communicative and honest people. The price they give you is the price you'll pay. And you'll have your car fixed in less than a day! I highly recommend USAC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs for your automobile. The best in the Valley, excellent customer service, the owner is so kind, he will take care of the customer and your car, when I need to do oil change (synthetic) I go to him, and for my tires I think I bought 3 sets of tires with him for a good price. He is the Man. -Mike D.
