This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. First time customer here. I was recommended by a friend and since I have absolutely no clue on the everything car except how to drive them I was a little apprehensive. I initially was prepared to spend around $150 - $200 for new brakes. Shortly after dropping my car off I received a call letting me know that my brakes were fine and instead I only needed to replace a small part. SAY WHAT?!? Needless to say, I also decided to get my oil change. Everything came to around $60! Fantastic service! No BS. I definitely recommend them!

Having my car repaired at Finishline is like having my brother take care of my car. They serviced my car in a timely manner, let me know I did not need brakes when I thought I did, even checked my spare tire pressure (which was flat) and updated my GPS for no charge. It is great to know I have my very own pit crew!
