Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. RUN, don't walk AWAY from this THIEF Adiel Herrera!!! I bought a used car from him on Craigslist. When I drove the car, everything seemed PERFECT! The A/C & heat worked GREAT, no oil leaks, etc. I found out the real story was that he was an old lady's mechanic. (she was the original owner from 1989). Her transmission went out, and Adiel wanted $3000 to fix it. The poor old lady didn't have the money, so he offered her $800 for the car (with only 75,000 orig miles!) He then "fixed" the transmission, and turned around and sold it to me for a lot more! One of his mechanics is under the hood right NOW, putting in a new air conditioner for over $400! I asked him since he guaranteed everything worked, couldn't I get SOME kind of discount, but he just walked away!!!!! I will NEVER bring my car to him again, and I can't wait to get the hell out of here! What a horrible "man" and business person!!!!

This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!
