Holland told me that I needed a new transmission costing around $7-8,000. It was a 2002 model, so it was not worth spending that amount of money. But, besides that, the car ran perfectly. It was the only issue. Instead, I took it to my local shop for a 2nd opinion, and they said it was just a computer issue. It was fixed and the car runs perfectly. The cost: $100. I feel I was taken advantage of, and I wonder how many more customers this has happened to. This was a horrendous misdiagnosis. Agreed?
