This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! I came in with 20 minutes until closing time and they still provided fantastic service! Great customer service. The worst experience I've ever had getting my truck smogged he told me... read more The worst experience I've ever had getting my truck smogged he told me I failed because my battery had been disconnected 2 days prior to getting my truck smogged. Instead of telling me ahead of time that I had a problem, he ran the truck knowing it was going to fail smog . The smog shop across the street told me if I would have brought it over to them they would have warned me about the problem before they would have smog the truck, therefore not letting it fail smog. Very unfriendly shop I highly recommend that you do not go here they will scam you if they get the chance.
Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45P... read more Today 8/8/2015 I took my truck to SmogZone at 12365 it was about 3:45PM, they closed at 4:00PM. I was greeted by John Yang who speaks limited English. In short he ran a SMOG Test on my truck, he never brought it into the bay to run any RPM tests. At 4PM he tells me "Oh your truck didn't pass." On the form he points to Smoke Check. He said "I do not know what that is, you must go to a SMOG Certification to have it checked, I'll charge you $35 to retest in 30 days." I was so upset, the truck has 36,000 miles, not a hint of smoke. I came home and looked up Smoke Check and found he is the one who enters Smoke Check. I plan to dispute the $49.75 he charged me. I should have known based on their previous bad reviews not to go there.
