He called often to let me know the status and went the extra mile in all ways. My car now looks like new and actually drives better than it did before as the suspension system feels tighter. I took my car here for what turned out to be a simple, small electrical issue. Instead, Carlos told me I needed a fuel injection flush - one of those things they upsell you too when you go to an oil change place. Only this one cost over $300! Carlos assured me that the problem was resolved. I ended up stranded at the side of a freeway two miles away. I had to get the car towed at a cost of over $150! The solution was easy, took 10 minutes, and cost me nothing at the place I towed it to. When I called Carlos to tell him I was stranded at the side of the freeway because of his poor workmanship, his attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't guarantee that his workmanship will fix the problem. Really? Imagine if your doctor treated you that way. Basically, he took my money and did nothing. I get the feeling that this place once was a good shop, but someone got greedy and dishonest. To be certain, Carlos is a good talker. He seems sincere and knowledgeable. But the emphasis here is on SEEMS.

Don't do business here. Had a minor body issue with my van that went $1k over estimate and 2 weeks over time with no communication. My wife had to call daily to get updates and was told "my manager will call you back" every day for over a week with no response. We went without our family car for so long without any apology or understanding. To top it off, they did extra work like charging for a tire replacement, alignment (i only had a scratch on a door and drove my car over 200 miles after my body damage), painting a door that wasn't affected at all, and charging us extra for a moulding job that seemed exorbitant. Again zero communication about this. Finally when I went to pick up today, they told me I had to pay $2500, then $3,000, then finally $250 after I calculated the insurance checks they had to find in their system with my own calculator. I wasn't aware of any charges due, so told them I'd call with a CC once i got home which is 19m away, but that's the only time the manager even seemed to care - when he wasn't getting immediate payment. Shouldn't have to be a fight to get my own car and not get ripped off. Never again.
