Patricia is always bubbly and eager to help. Ed is quiet (opposites attract), but an absolutely outstanding mechanic. He is a master at his trade and does it right the first time. I also had Ed work on my 2004 Alero, which was slowly dying. He replaced three tie ends and replaced the alternator. The car ran like it was brand new. Avoid this place at all cost!! To start things off, the Geico claim reps at this place are rude, and unprofessional. The "supervisor" Jessica is extremely unprofessional. This auto body shop believes it is an acceptable practice to glue your bumper back together as opposed to replace it. If you voice your dislike to anything they have to say, they will get quite the attitude with you. I even had a supervisor laugh and say "so what would you like me to do?" I would suggest that you steer clear of this chop shop if you want your car to get fixed correctly.
