Everything went very well. Best of all was that they employee who attended me spoke Spanish. I didn't have any problem expressing what I needed. Overall, I felt very attended to.

I want to thank Chris for his professionalism and care while repairing my daughters BMW while away at college. Chris arranged to have her car picked up and taken to his shop where he diagnosed the problem and replaced her starter at a very reasonable charge. My daughter is not familiar with San Antonio and did not have a way to pick up her car. Chris, understanding of our situation, volunteered to drop it off to her after hours. It’s nice to know that there are still shops out there that operate with integrity and our sincere to your needs. I look forward to doing business again. Thank you.

5 stars is simply not enough STERLING deserves 10+ on a rating. The people who work here actually care (mike & angela) are extremely professional, caring, honest, hard workers. They fought with a big ins. Co. For me, made sure my children& I had a vehicle, & took responsibility to make sure that at the end day I WAS OK -- & that meant the world to me. The work they Did was superb like new maybe better. Not to mention they have lifetime warranty --You know these days everyone is looking just to make a dollar for themselves mike & angela are different they are truly one of a kind.I definitely recommend STERLING to everyone. If your looking for professionalism, honesty, great work & value these are your guys!!

When my boss backed into the side of my car, their insurance company sent me a check after making me get an independent appraisal. However, the insurance company forgot or just plain didn't send me the appraisal document and I didn't think about Mark needing it to go off of because the insurance company just said to take my car anywhere I want to. To make a long story short this was a miscomunication between the insurance company, the independant appraiser, and me. Northside Collision just got caught in the crossfire. When mark got the work on my car done (without the appraiser's assessment due to the miscommunication) I ended up owing about $300 bucks more than what the appraiser said I would. Unfortunately the appraiser would not allow the insurance company to pay Mark for the rest of the repair to my car. Mark could have legally held my car and made me pay the extra $300, but because he had told me that he would handle ... their insurance company sent me a check after making me get an independent appraisal. This is a horrible company to give your business to. I hired this place to replace and paint the front bumper on my car. Everyone was very nice and the shop didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do the work and a couple of months later I knew exactly why- they had simply put silver paint over a bumper that had no primer. The shop cut corners by not spraying primer on the bumper,and the paint naturally has been coming off in huge chunks ever since, The front end looks awful. Just another example of car shops taking advantage of a single girl. I hope this place goes out of business.
