I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. I have to say that Frank Jr. and his crew were wonderful. My car was over heating and I brought them my car first thing Monday morning and by the afternoon my car was back in my hand. They even stand behind their work because when there was a small hiccup the fixed it with out a second thought. The customer service is outstanding, they did a call back to ensure that I was satisfied with the way my car was running and if I had any other issues. They have made a new customer for life.

I am new to the Orlando area and staying with good friends, my boss decided to back into my car( purely accidental) I think...he recommended that I use Rudy's ... Very good body work - no sign any work was ever done. Paint matched perfectly. Price did not exceed original estimate. Work was done for much less than I was quoted at two other local body shops. Work was finished when promised. We will certainly use JCR in the future and have recommended them to our family and friends.

Mr. Abdel is a very nice person, He tells you exactly what you need, and he gives diferent prices based on quality, but you decide . The prices here are very reasonable. I will definitely come back here again.

On Friday July 13,2012 I had an appointment to trade in and purchase a new vehicle with Tropical Ford Motor company. Upon arrival I was introduced to a sales man named. I was interested in the new Ford Focus, but ended up not caring for that vehicle. Kader showed me a few other vehicles, but nothing was satisfying for me. The last vehicle Kader showed me was what I thought a 2009 Ford Freestyle because that's what he had told me. We test drove the car it seemed fine when he took it off the lot. I only drove the car 45mph. We returned to the dealer he said he didn't do the numbers and he would have another gentleman by the name of Carlos fill out the paper work. Carlos came to me and said they were going to take my trade in pay it off and I would drive off with the Ford Freestyle. He said I worked out the best deal and I signed off on the papers. When I left the dealer I drove my vehicle on the high way. The high way speed was min. 65 and as I was starting to increase my speed to 55 I started to notice that the vehicle was dragging when I step on the gas and the car started to shake. It continued to do this as I increased to 60. Another thing I noticed was when I back the car up the steering wheel feels hard when starting to turn the wheel it does not glide. It also makes a whistling noise when I turn the wheel as well. When I returned home I was looking over my paper work and I also notice the vehicle was a 2005 instead of a 2009. Immediately the next morning I called Mr. Fall on his cell phone and I didn't get an answer. I tried several times to get in touch with him on his phone left messages for him to call back and he never did. I then decided to call the store up and have them transfer me over to speak with him. The receptionist would place me on hold and then tell me he's busy with a client or in a meeting and he would call me back. Back in 2008 I brought my Toyota Camry in for repair and paint job, At a cost of $2,400.... At that time they told me all work was guaranteed. After the 5th year the paint started to fade and peel....I brought the car back. Now they are telling me. They only guarantee work that goes though Insurance company's...You pay almost $2,500 in cash and they say only guaranteed if used though insurance....That makes no sence....Something very fishy here....Beware of this establishment...

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE !!! Paint flaking off bumper and they said "that's not our problem call your insurance if you have a problem." Worst boy shop I've ever seen!!! and even worse was customer service!!!

Very, very poor. Would never take another vehicle back there. Never bother to call us and don't return calls. I brought one of our fleet trucks in after a collision 9/10/12. It was all covered under insurance. We were told it was ready 10/22, and it was steering badly to the left. So we took it back the next day. We have since had to take it back three more times since then. When the last repair was completed, they would not release the truck to us without our payment because they had not followed through & contacted the insurance company to add the supplemental repair. Today is 12/6 and we are still not through with them.

My experience was terrible and that is an understatement. The customer service was horrible. I had set up an appointment to have my car fixed a week in advance. They called me the morning of to say that something hadn't been approved through the insurance and that someone would follow up with me later that day. I never heard from anyone. Called the next day, was given a different story that some of the parts were backordered and they were trying to find used parts. I stated I did not want used parts as my car is a 2014. They responded that they weren't sure when they would be able to obtain the parts. And never heard from anyone again. I can see they didn't want my business and that's fine. Took it to the dealer and they fixed it perfectly WITH NEW PARTS THAT WERE NOT BACKORDERED ACCORDING TO THE DEALER.

I had DAVE the owner detail my 2005 Lifted Excursion that is in MINT CONDITION. One of Dave's employees used ACID on my Weld Racing Chrome Rims. They etched the rims and they are ruined. $2,500.00 of rims trashed. Dave made payments (he must not have insurance) he paid $200.00 towards the $2,500.00 He has stopped making payments and has abandoned me. I would not allow him to touch my car for fear that he would trash it as well. You will be left out in the cold. Stay clear of this company.
