Body Repair

When my boss backed into the side of my car, their insurance company sent me a check after making me get an independent appraisal. However, the insurance company forgot or just plain didn't send me the appraisal document and I didn't think about Mark needing it to go off of because the insurance company just said to take my car anywhere I want to. To make a long story short this was a miscomunication between the insurance company, the independant appraiser, and me. Northside Collision just got caught in the crossfire. When mark got the work on my car done (without the appraiser's assessment due to the miscommunication) I ended up owing about $300 bucks more than what the appraiser said I would. Unfortunately the appraiser would not allow the insurance company to pay Mark for the rest of the repair to my car. Mark could have legally held my car and made me pay the extra $300, but because he had told me that he would handle ... their insurance company sent me a check after making me get an independent appraisal. Mark could have legally held my car and made me pay the extra $300, but because he had told me that he would handle this miscommunication earlier that week, he went ahead and ate the $300 dollars. He's an honest guy running an honest business with his custumors at his heart. I'll be t
