Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... J&W Wreckers ripped me out off! I bought a piece from them and they shipped me the wrong part. I talked to the owner over the phone and though he admitted he sent me something other than what I ordered, he said he would not return my money till I paid for the return shipping on the part that I did not order. He wanted to make me pay a restocking fee as well. After many, many calls he finally agreed to return all the money but when I sent the item back he only gave me a partial refund. He was very rude over the phone and kept lying to me. Now he has the part and my money.

My car just wasn't running right and then the engine service light came on and started blinking. The dealership said it was several things including the catalytic converters. The estimate was more than my 10 year old car was worth! Mr. Dantzler worked with me to fix just what was necessary to keep my car safe and legal. He set up a plan for me to pay the balance when my tax refund came through. Now my car runs like new for just over half of what the dealer wanted. I really trust this shop.

Should be called Smog Negative. Owner is rude and acted like he didn't want my smog business. He asked me to come back 2 different times. Don't go here. Use City Smog instead!

I've been looking for a mechanic for a while and I think I found it! They are really friendly, honest and go out of their way to help. Their prices are also SO much lower than the dealership... I'll never go back to my dealer.
