Ac and heating repair service near Westlake Village, CA

I have been going to USAC for almost fifteen years now for all of air conditioning and compressor repairs, etc. Actually anything to do with my heating or air conditioning I bring my car in to them. Over the past years they have worked on all of my automobiles. I am always satisfied with the workmanship, the short amount of time it always to fix the issue and the follow up they care about, also. It's very rare in southern CA to find mechanics, etc. to take such pride in their work as USAC does. They are not over priced either. I have found them to be quite reasonable especially when it comes to air conditioning parts, etc. The owners are pleasant, communicative and honest people. The price they give you is the price you'll pay. And you'll have your car fixed in less than a day! I highly recommend USAC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs for your automobile. I became a customer for life for two reasons, Customer Service and Price. I've been to many repair shops in So Cal over the years and have yet to ever experience the utter dedication to a customers real needs. Not only the value, but the quality of that value. I don't know how they do it in this day and age, when anywhere else charges 30%-40% even 50% higher in labor. JT's Automotive offer the best labor rates I've honestly ever come across, and trust me I'm not one to write reviews. In fact I would rather keep the best kept secret for auto maintenance & repair in Ventura County to myself (because who enjoys waiting for anything...). However, I feel that I owe it to this shop to let people know how unbelievably cool it is to have a place to take my vehicles without any concern for anything. I know it will be done right, and fast, and for the best price anywhere. Hats off to all those guys over there, they make things not feel so bad, in an age of high priced everything... keep it up man!

Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes
