Referred here for warranty work on failing bearings rear wheels. Car seen by my personal, very competent mechanic on 8/17 at which time bearing problem diagnosed by him. Took car in today. Matt called me and said front axel needed to be replaced and engine needed cleaning b/c of oil. 6 days ago NO evidence of torn boot. I had not hit any bumps driving <45 MPH b/c of bearing problem. Called my competent personal mechanic and he said bring it by after GO and he would look at it. He was shocked to see that the boot was indeed torn and last week definitely it was OK. Draw your own conclusions I guess but I know I will not be returning to GO for any reason.

AS usual, I get the best service and personal care at Star Tech. Maria and Sandor are the best. They only fix what needs fixing and the prices are better than any other repair place. I am a customer for life!!

What a great little business! Centrally located, reasonably priced, and they take no time at all. Great hanging out with Wes's dog in the little office, with cookies and beverages. That's where I'll be taking my VW TDI as long as I own it. Be careful not to get confused and go into the business next door!

They not only provide very knowledgeable, technical and accurate maintenance for my car, but they provide one of the best customer service experiences in the city of Denver. Rachel, Chrissy and Cody are spot on when it comes to providing service to the customers. Artie is out and about and I know he is the umbrella over everything at Toy Doctor.
