They had previously done some work on our Ford Explorer and we decided to give them a chance on our other vehicle. A full diagnosis was done on my Lexus IS250 and I was told up front how much it would cost along with a description of the items that needed immediate attention and others that could wait awhile. The sales manager, Ahsan, is very honest and runs the shop with absolute integrity. The service was as good as we would have received at Kuni Lexus for much less. The work was completed quickly and as promised. I plan to have Royal Automotive take care of all our maintenance and repair needs in the future. I really don't mind the drive from Lone Tree to Denver. They can work on practically anything--American cars to imports. I plan to recommend this shop to all my friends and clients in the future. I found the staff and service techs to be very helpful when I brought ... read more I found the staff and service techs to be very helpful when I brought my vehicle in for it's routine maintenance. I'm not really a car expert (to say the least) and the staff did a thorough review of my vehicle and made me aware of things and future stuff I should watch out for. I appreciated the time they took to try and educate me even though I was just there for an oil change, they went the extra mile and it made a great impression. I'll be back! Mark M Littleton
