Also when I gotinto a collision they were able to handle the whole claim process with theinsurance, and made my car look like brand new! They are very reliable andfast! I found a great staff of caring people who did most of the paper work for me, a walk through the spotless shop showed me what a professionally run facility this is. But the best was getting my car back, it was perfect just like the day I got it. Laura, the manager explained everything to me in a way that i understood exactly what she was saying, no talking down to me just facts. These guys are the best!

They post a lifetime warranty on their web site but that's false. They do not guarantee their work! Had my car fixed there and they refused to fix it without additional charges. Be sure you take a picture of your engine and gas level as they will siphon gas and give you old parts (if your parts are newer). They put an older battery in my car that died withing a week. They'll deny everything, so you'll be stuck with additional repair costs. They made a mistake by repairing my car and thought wrong because I know about cars, just can't perform body work. Beware as this place is NOT reputable. Go elsewhere at all costs!! Gave 1 start because I could not give negative stars.

my first car accident I was recommended by my insurance company to go to grobens. I was apprehensive at first but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the estimate done and got into a rental all right in the grobens office. the repairs took a bit longer then I was initially told but the work was great. I couldn't even tell my car had been in an accident. overall I was very happy with the repairs and would definitely go back. lets just hope I don't have to :)
