Today, I bought my very first new-used car at Shantok Motors. My sales rep. was Jay Wanczyk. He was totally professional and courteous - He made us feel like we were NOT being taken advantage of. The worst! They kept my car for thirteen weeks to do a five-six hour job and charged $400 more then the dealer quoted. "Doc" Reid barked like a junkyard dog when I stopped by to ask when he would be done. Stay away.
