So twas time to do another set of TireRack tires and balance and I took it one more time to Mark Lydell and his men, for a job on my Prius. Super job, reasonable cost and it was how it should be..I couldnt recommend these guys more. Try them and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Worse place to get your car worked on. They couldn't even change my brakes correctly. They hit my car while at the shop and refused to take responsibility for it. I ended up taking my car to Toyota dealership because they screwed it up and hit my car. BEWARE STAY AWAY!

Took my '04 Honda Civic in for a brake problem. Was told everything - rotors, pads, calipers, lines - needed to be replaced, was quoted $2500. Had the car towed at my own expense to another shop. Other shop diagnosed a broken brake line, cost me $228 to have it repaired. Brakes work fine now. Will not ever go here again.

Living in Shelton I have a few car washes to choose from, but wasn't really happy and I wanted to shop around. So I did an internet search of other places in the area and found Monroe Car Wash & Detail Center, which had great reviews. So I called for a quote for a detail and theirs was cheaper. Great! The customer service is AMAZING. As someone who often worries about being taken, it was nice to have Danny explain everything in a way that I could understand. He explained everything and was upfront about the work and the pricing. I was very pleased with how great my car looked and the good customer service. Will definitely be coming back.
