There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. I always felt like I knew what was going on, and that she cared about my business, and my car. I trust her with my Porsche now, and plan to trust her wth many more in the future. These people are crooks. I was just robbed by the owner. He told me the cost would be 230$ and he would remove my old tint for free. I said great! After four hours of waiting he hands me a bill for 390$ and completely denied the price we agreed upon. Boldly lying to my face. Who pays 400$ for tint? This guy completely took advantage of me and yes I'm a woman. Take your money elsewhere this man doesn't deserve it. AND the tint looks horrible.

The Staff & Mech. at Prestige A.P., perform great work; their pricing is not a pocket buster for German Autos. They are well experience with technical and mechanical matters. They service my 2010 BMW 128i and My 2013 Benz C250 Sport. I will not take my cars any where else and you should not either. Plus, they hand wash your car after it's been serviced. After the service I received from this place, it doesn't deserve the one star. I brought my girlfriend's car for a wash cause I thought it would be a nice thing to do for her. When I got into the car after the "wash", it looked nastier than to begin with. There's water in the cup-holders and every other pocket and crevasse in the middle console and dash area. There are now stains on the upholstery and ceiling liner, as well as fingerprint smears on the windows and weird clumps of grease I first noticed on dashboard and then found in a couple other spots. Even something so simple as vacuuming the carpet was done horrible and haphazardly. I'm not sure if they vacuumed at all. But that's not the worst part. Upon leaving, and noticing the soggy mess that is now my girlfreind's car, I see that a button from the radio is now missing, either knocked off/broken off and discarded to hide the evidence or possible vacuumed, I'm not for sure. But I searched the entire car to try to find it. With no luck, I return to this place and tell them that they broke off part of my radio, I cant find the piece. They then search for someone who speaks English. When the one that kind of knows English arrives on the scene, he shrugs his shoulders as I begin searching the entire washing area myself. He then hands me a piece of trash off the floor. Really? WTF?! So to cut my losses and go home, I walk inside to ask for a refund. The guy who handed me the trash comes in behind me. As I'm trying to explain to the girl that I would like a refund, he begins yelling in Spanish. She then looks at me and shrugs her shoulders. I ask what that's supposed to mean and she says that he told her she cant give me a refund for the car wash, because them braking the radio doesn't have anything to do with the car wash. She also says that he is the manager, which I don't believe. I asked for this "manager's" name, and she said it's Juan. Only Juan. She said she didn't know his last name. I wanted a refund for $11. The button they broke off the radio, that I now have to replace, is going to cost $68. Keep in mind I've been going here semi-regularly for the past two years, and it's never that great of a job, but what they did this weekend was horrible and I hope no one has to go through the same experience as me.

On March 31st, I asked Ramiro Delgado of My Premium Carwash (B & D BUSINESS GROUP CORP, FEI: 263363421) to detail my wifes car. They came out the next day and washed the car. However, they used a razor to clean the side mirrors and subsequently scratched the mirrors. I informed the owner and he acknowledged that the damage was done by his employee ((I have email proof he stated this)) and he asked me to send him a quote to repair the mirrors. The quote came in at about $201. He did not respond to the quote. I emailed him and called him several times. After about 3 calls, he responded to my email saying he was "out of town". He stated he would not pay the $200 dollars but he would pay $100. He then sent me links to ebay sites that have the parts I need. When I agreed to the $100, he ignored my calls and emails again. This time it has been over two weeks and he has not responded nor sent me payment for the damages. I have a civil complaint open with Angie's List, BBB and the State of Florida with this company. I'm not the only one.. Stay away..

Worst service that man kind will ever experience, talk about litte to no vacuum cleaning ,wash quality , and the turbine that dry your car can damage the exterior. No wonder they have coupons out all the time.
