I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. I was driving from out of state to my 2nd home for a Christmas family visit. As I was driving over the Courtney Campbell Causeway, sun setting on the horizon, had to open the sunroof and smell the salt air. Beautiful scene. Got to my place a few minutes later...could not close my sunroof. Tried to get the roof to close over the next day to no avail. Called the local dealer, earliest service appointment was 7 weeks out. Was recommended to a European repair shop by a neighbor. After looking at it for a few minutes, they said, "need to take it to the dealer, work too involved". Looked up European car repair in Pinellas County online, several came up, including R&B's. Had great reviews. Called and spoke to A.J. Professional, informative, explained the initial steps w/costs and could get me in the next day. Dropped it off next day and they Ubered me back to my place. They called a few hours later, had gotten the roof to close, which is all I wanted. Cost was exactly what was quoted, initially. Quoted me a price for a new sunroof motor, which sounded reasonable. Decided to leave as is because of heading back North in a couple of weeks and not needing the roof open for quite a while. Being from out of town and completely at their mercy, they could have taken it to me. Instead, A.J. and Molly chose to be honest, courteous and professional. If you have work needed on a European car...take it to this shop. You won't regret it.

An amazing team here, they treat you like family, service is very personalized and on point. Rocky and the mechanics are fair and truthful, jobs are always done correctly and with attention to detail. I have NEVER been disappointed here, they are so knowledgeable and have tons of experience. Hanna and Cindy in the office are amazing and a wealth of knowledge themselves! I am in good hands with them and would never trust my Jaguar to anyone else.
