He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

I went in for an a solenoid problem and they completely dismantled my transmission, without authorization. The manager, Charles Stevens, tried to bully me into paying between $2100-$2700 to put it back together. I practically had to go to my bank and then one he referred me to to try and get a loan for that amount, even threatened to put my car in storage. Finally got them to put the transmission back together for $512.88, although Charles said he was originally going to charge me $700. Within 5 miles of the shop, my transmission was slipping so severely (I had NO previous issues of slipping) that I had to have my car towed home, per my mechanic's instructions, to avoid burning up the clutch. Now, my car won't even turn over. But legal recourse is in position and I will have my day in court. DO NOT TRUST THEM !!!

These people are nasty and uncooperative. I asked for a receipt to be faxed or mailed and I was told "I'M NOT FAXING ANYTHING!' and they hung up on me. Save yourself a hassle and use somebody else.

This is the Worst Service I have ever seen ...Do Not Let Them Touch Your Vehicle ...I bought the Coupon for 3 oil changes and tire rotation so I made an appointment when I saw Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum were going to put a pair of Vise Grips on my Hood support rod to hold the hood up which would have Scared the rod and Worst Bent the Hood Hinges on my Classic IROC Convertible , Thank God I Caught them before they put their Extreme Stupidity in action ... I had to supply them with a Hood support and the oil that I use in all my Vehicle because they only use low quality oil. I asked them to rotate the tires and the owner mumbled something about that I didn't need it , I think he was being Lazy and he wasn't happy that I was using a coupon... Well he won in the end because I will never go back there again and neither should YOU ... If you do have to go there because you bought a coupon , #1 Keep an Eye on Them at all Times ...#2 make sure you bring your own oil ...#3 bring an old 5 quart container to put your old oil in to take with you because they Charge Garbage Fee of $5.00 to dispose of your oil which they actually sell to oil recyclers making money on both ends...You can drop the oil off at any oil change place for Free #4 Have them put there Low quality oil in the container that you brought with after they put your oil into your Vehicle, "You can use it in other machines"... #5 Just Don't Do It ...It's Not Worth It ...

I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast!
