Auto body repair service near Hypoluxo, FL

I've always try to avoid the dealers but I take the chance last week to the al Parker ford on millitary trail and I meet this life saver . He's John I take care of me a way I didn't expected . He told me and fix my issue in less than 30 mn I got my 05 ford expedition alive again from him. Thank u John . If I going back to a dealer it's gonna al paker on millitary trail and if John is not there I'll wait or drive away until he's back. I took my camper to have the front end painted, they told me it would be done in 3 days and I needed to pick it up asap because they did not have anywhere to store it. I went back in 3 days and they had not even started it, then I was told to come back in 4 days and it would be done. When I came back again it still was not started, It has been more than 3 weeks and I have gone back several times. Today they promised it would be finished tomorrow, but I am not very hopeful. Their customer service sucks and they have been nasty with me, I am only trying to get this finished as I have company staying in my house until it is done. I would put 0 stars as their rating if that were available. I suggest you look to someone else for the work.

Took my car there for autobody work. The owners are super nice and are very customer service oriented. The main issue is the body work they provide. The paint job was really bad and the craftmenship of making the wheel wells round again and match was terrible. It is almost as if who ever they had working on the car was still learning the autobody trade. I would not recommend at all.

Car went in for minor front end repair from an accident; 2009 VW Jetta Wolfsburg. Came back with hood and lights all wrong. Hood seemed too long/hooded over the headlights. It appears they used non-oem, perhaps used/refurb parts. Doesn't look right. Worse, they apparently can't properly recode a car after taking battery out either. Stereo doesn't work now, which was working when I dropped it off, but of course the stereo now not working as soon as I pick it up is all just a big coincidence. What a crock. Please, whatever you do, do NOT take your vehicle here for any type of repair. They not only do a poor job, but also do not care and do not stand behind their work. My wife noticed the front end looked goofy as soon as she saw it... You're telling me their "professionals" (I use the term loosely) didn't notice what my accountant wife picked up on right away?! It's not even her car... Filing a complaint with Progressive Insurance, BBB and Attorney General's office as soon as I get my paperwork together with an assessment from a real shop. Probably won't matter as places like this don't really care, but my advice on this one is easy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I'll update once we get the assessment from a real shop.

I bought a car from suburban volvo palm beach about 1 1/2 years ago.i just went to get new tires for our cx-70, and found out it needed 215/65/16 102v tires.v tires are for cars that have a high speed rating.here i find out that the tires on the car sold to me were not the rated tires required by the manufacture. putting me and my family at risk of blowing a tire at high speeds.VOLVO SAFETY NOT AT SUBURBAN!!!

TERRIBLE AWFUL SERVICE AND SHOP IS VERRYYY UNPROFESSIONALDIRTY AND DUSTY! RUDE SERVICE PEOPLE AND BROKE MY REMOTE TO MY CAR, WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT WAS ALL BROKEN APART AND DIDNT WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT AND TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM! DIRTY WORKPLACE AND GOT A PAINT JOB WHICH WAS TERRIBLE THEY PAINTED OVER MY BACKUP CAMERA AS WELL AS MY LIGHTS ON MY CAR, WHAT DECENT PLACE WOULD DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT!! WERE RUDE ABOUT IT AND ARE VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH!!!! BUBBLES ALSO IN THE PAINT JOB VERY MESSY AND DIRTY!! OWNER IS VERY VERY RUDE!! DONT GO HERE OR YOULL REGRET IT, STAY FARRRR AWAYYYY!!!!

Butchered my car. Paint drips, bubbles, painted rubber stripping, tools marks from part removal, sanded OEM part and did not fix... Horrible shop do not go here....
