They also just installed these tires a month ago and balanced them. After 3 attempts I took it back to the dealer to balance because GoodYear just couldn't get it correct. This location always charges more than most other locations and the service quality generally is below expectation. If you have time research and go elsewhere.

I called Al Yaghy the store manager about a few things I need to be done with my car. I had an issue with the Goodyear tries that came on my car from the factory. I called and stopped by 4 Goodyear stores in the immediate area and nobody would help me. Al went out of his way to get my tires warrantied. In return I allowed him to service my car and do a full diagnostic. Since then I have referred several friends and neighbors. All Goodyear stores need to take lessons from Al on how to treat customers and provide outstanding customer service, he also has a great team working in the shop.
